Aurelija Pavinkšnytė, PMP

Aurelija Pavinkšnytė, PMP, has extensive work experience in project and program management roles. Aurelija currently serves as a Program Manager at VaultSpeed since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Scrum Master at Centric IT Solutions Lithuania from September 2019 to November 2020. Aurelija also served as a PM/Cost Control SME at UAB Omega Technology from February 2019 to September 2019.

Earlier in their career, Aurelija worked as a Project Manager at DXC Technology from April 2017 to January 2019. Aurelija also held the position of Project Manager and PMO at CSC, where they successfully managed projects and ensured their timely completion within budget. Aurelija was responsible for managing project information, minimizing risks, and improving project quality.

Aurelija started their professional journey as a Remote 2nd-line Technician at CSC in 2008 and worked there until 2011. Before that, they worked as an IT Consultant and Accountant at "Lindorff Support Services" from 2007 to 2008, where they gained experience in IT problem-solving and working with different software programs.

Aurelija also served as a Project Coordinator at KTU Career Center from 2004 to 2006, where they coordinated various activities and organized career events, demonstrating their skills in team collaboration and building long-term partnerships.

Aurelija Pavinkšnytė, PMP, earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics of Management from Kaunas University of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they hold multiple professional certifications. Aurelija obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021. Aurelija also obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the same institution in May 2015. Furthermore, they have an ITIL version 3 - Foundation certification from EXIN, obtained in August 2011. Aurelija has expressed an interest in obtaining the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certifications, although no specific information about the dates of acquisition or the institutions is currently available.
