Charlotte started their career at Boots as a Sales Assistant before transitioning to Vax Ltd where Charlotte has held various roles including Quality & Aftersales Director and New Product Introduction Manager. Charlotte has experience managing product approvals and collaborating with design and engineering teams to drive cost-saving ideas. Charlotte holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with Management studies from Aston University.
