Andrea Gomez Fernandez

Andrea G. is an experienced professional in partner success and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Partner Success at VaxCare since June 2022. Previous roles at VaxCare include Partner Success - Learning & Development Coordinator and Partner Success Manager. Andrea is also an active member of the Customer Success Collective, contributing to the alignment of customer success strategies across organizations. Prior to VaxCare, Andrea held positions such as Social Media Manager at Texas Card House and Lead Client Services Manager at MGA Homecare, among others. Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Capital Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from Universidad del Valle de México, as well as additional education from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
