Chellie Peck

Chellie Peck currently serves as the Lead Project Manager at VaxCare, having started in June 2022 after previously holding the position of Project Coordinator. Prior to this role, Chellie spent nearly eleven years at Publix Super Markets, where positions included Store Operations Manager and Assistant Store Manager Operations. As Store Operations Manager, responsibilities included overseeing operations across multiple locations in Florida and Virginia, managing teams of over 150 employees, and handling P&L accountability for stores generating up to $30 million annually. Chellie played a key role in HR functions throughout the employee life-cycle, along with implementing sales and marketing strategies. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree from Daytona State College, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
