Damien Colbert

Damien Colbert has a diverse work history in various leadership and consulting roles. Damien is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Vaxxas since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director at 10k Sports, where they were responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, customer experience, and financial performance. Damien also worked closely with the Director of Coaching to improve product offerings. Damien was the Practice Owner and Principal Consultant at 10k Consulting, specializing in performance improvement solutions. At Yes2020, they played a key role as a founding Director, developing strategies, sales and marketing plans, and product formulation. Damien also worked at ESRI Australia as the Executive Manager of Human Resources, focusing on building a performance culture and managing workforce structures and practices. Damien has previous experience at QR, where they were involved in customer connection transformation and workforce planning. At Lifeline Community Care, they served as the State HR Coordinator, providing HR and IR support and implementing various frameworks and systems.

Damien Colbert attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.
