Thomas Schwaiger

Thomas Schwaiger has a range of experience in the design industry. Thomas started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Design Storz in 2006. In 2013, they worked as a Graphic Design Intern at WILDDESIGN. From 2014 to 2017, Thomas served as the Art Director and Graphic Designer for ZurQuelle Magazin, where they were responsible for editorial design, illustration, photography, and web design. In 2017, they joined MetaDesign as a Praktikant im Bereich Design before being promoted to Brand Designer in 2018 and eventually Senior Brand Designer in 2021. Thomas recently started working at Vay as a Senior Brand Designer in 2022.

Thomas Schwaiger completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chinese Studies from Freie Universität Berlin in the years 2011 to 2017. In addition, they obtained an undergraduate program certificate in Chinese language course from Shanghai International Studies University in 2013. Prior to this, Thomas attended the Higher Technical College of Arts and Design HTBLVA Graz Ortweinschule from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Higher School Certificate in Graphic Design & Visual Communication. Thomas also holds a certification in "Learn Sketch: Mobile Design Workflows" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2016.
