Shankar Ranganathan

Shankar Ranganathan serves as the Head of Operations for the Karnataka Chapter at Vayah Vikas since March 2021. Previously, Shankar held multiple senior management roles at Hinduja Global Solutions from January 2009 to September 2018, focusing on global employer branding, digital sourcing, and training projects. Shankar has extensive experience in managing training teams, designing training frameworks, and enhancing recruitment processes in various capacities, including Senior Manager and Deputy Manager Training. Earlier roles include positions at The Minacs Group and Compass BPO Pvt Ltd, where Shankar developed training materials and provided technical support. Shankar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering and a Diploma in Electronic and Communications Engineering.
