Suzette Woten

Suzette Woten is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and care coordination, currently serving as the Care Coordination Manager at Vaya Health since October 2013. Prior to this role, Suzette was the Clinical Director at CRC Health Group from May 2012 to September 2013 and served as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Winter Haven Hospital Behavioral Health from 2005 to September 2011, as well as at Winter Haven Hospital Family Health Centers from 2002 to 2005. Suzette holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Florida State University, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1986, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and Psychology from Florida Southern College, earned between 1980 and 1984.
