Philipp Nobis

Philipp Nobis is an experienced professional in the fields of product management and energy technology. Currently serving as the Head of Product & Partner Management at vaylens since March 2022, Nobis previously worked as a Senior Product Manager at innogy eMobility Solutions from May 2017 to March 2022, focusing on charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. Nobis co-founded Voltaro GmbH in January 2016, serving as CTO and overseeing the testing of two business models. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at Forschungsstelle für Energiewirtschaft e.V. from January 2010 to December 2015, providing independent research in energy economics and technology. Nobis began a career in the industry with an internship at Siemens Energy & Automation in Atlanta in 2008. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich, focusing on electric cars and renewable energy, and a degree in electrical engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
