Timo Burg

Timo Burg currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at vaylens since January 2023. Prior to this role, Timo held multiple positions at Compleo, including Head of Agile Collaboration and Head of Software Development from January 2022 to January 2023. Timo also worked at Innogy chargetech GmbH as Head of Software Development from June 2021 to March 2022, and at innogy eMobility Solutions as a Release Train Engineer from January 2018 to March 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Programmanager at innogy SE from September 2015 to May 2021 and as a Software Developer at RWE from August 2002 to August 2015. Timo Burg earned a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management between August 2009 and September 2012.
