Justin Rudzki

Justin Rudzki is the current Senior Consultant & Founding Partner at VAYOMAR. Prior to this, they were the VP Account & Creative Services at Altria Israel from January 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for building (and managing) a creative services department from disparate functions, including UX and UI Design; Creative Strategy and Design; and Content focused on delivering across a broad range of activities in both traditional and digital spheres for CPG brands. Justin was also responsible for setting up, developing and driving both a service infrastructure and culture as the organization pivoted its function to an internal agency servicing multiple stakeholders, as well as branding the service offerings to clients. In addition, they managed a high touch 'agency style' strategic account management team responsible for managing the client relationship in line with standards of service excellence. Finally, they set up and managed the Corporate Communications function, developing a strategy for building the profile of Altria Israel in the local marketplace for the primary purpose of companywide talent acquisition.

Justin Rudzki has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Monash University in Accounting and an Associate's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Gordon. Justin also has a certification from the International Coaching Federation in Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Member.

They work with Shiraz Cohen Grad - Senior Consultant, Yaron Zukerman Chayat - Senior Consultant, and Gur Lavi - Senior Consultant & Co-Founder. Justin Rudzki reports to Ariel Halevi, Senior Consultant, Co-Founder & CEO.
