Yakov Kotel

Yakov Kotel is an experienced Radio Frequency Engineer currently employed at Vayyar Imaging since January 2019 and at Intel Corporation since 2014, where Yakov has progressed through various roles including RF Si HW Integration Team Leader and RF Si HW Integration Technical Lead. Yakov leads a team focused on Wi-Fi and mmW RF Si-HW integration, overseeing the technical aspects of communication modules and developing necessary testing infrastructures. With a solid background in Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and WiGig technologies, Yakov is responsible for the validation and optimization of RFIC transceiver blocks. Yakov holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering and a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communication from the Holon Institute of Technology.
