Aram Sethian has a diverse work experience. Aram started their career in 2007 as a Staff Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, where they worked on statistical trend analysis of court-awarded damages for patent infringement and studied the Balfour Declaration and the rise of Arab anti-imperialist ideologues. In 2009, they were a Summer Analyst at March Partners, followed by a role as a Clinical Honors Program participant at the California Attorney General's Office in 2010. Aram then worked as a Staff Research Assistant at Loyola Law School and later joined March Partners as an Analyst. In 2013, they became an Analyst at Quad Group LLC until 2020. Their most recent role is Director of Research at Vazirani Asset Management LLC, where they focus on Special Situations hedge funds and investments in various corporate events.
Aram Sethian received their Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2004 to 2008. Aram also obtained additional certifications such as a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2015 and California State Bar and New York State Bar in 2012. In 2019, they completed the Data Science Specialization program from Coursera.
