Todd W. Munn

Todd W. Munn has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Todd W. currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vazirani Asset Management LLC since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Water Island Capital, LLC for nearly 20 years, starting as a Research Analyst/Portfolio Trader from January 2003 to January 2005, and eventually becoming a Portfolio Manager from January 2005 until June 2023. Previously, they worked at Lipper & Company, LLC as a Senior Trader from May 1998 to August 2002, and at Lipper Convertibles, LLC as a Trader from May 1996 to May 1998. Todd W. began their career at Bear Stearns & Co., where they participated in the Management Trainee Program from April 1994 to May 1996.

Todd W. Munn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College in 1993. Todd W. later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, completing it in 2003.
