Caroline Harvie-Teare

Caroline Harvie-Teare is the current CEO of Vbase Limited. Caroline has held various positions at different companies over the span of their career.

Caroline started their career at PGG Wrightson Ltd in October 2005 as Acting General Manager of Human Resources. Caroline then moved to Venues Ōtautahi in May 2007 as Acting General Manager of Business Development. In September 2011, they took on the role of General Manager, Change Management Office/Transition Recovery Plan Delivery, at Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA). Caroline then became General Manager, People, Culture and Safety, at Christchurch International Airport Limited in May 2016. In August 2017, they became Director at HT People and Talent Ltd. Her most recent position was Managing Director at Three Ducks Consulting from August 2019 to December 2021. Caroline has been CEO of Vbase Limited since December 2020.
