Lynette Diaz

Lynette Diaz is a Creative Manager with extensive experience in music journalism and event hosting. Since January 2008, Lynette has worked independently, interviewing touring music artists and producing feature segments for Plains FM 96.9 Christchurch. As a singer-songwriter since 2007, Lynette has released several singles, including "Everyday Song" and "Lunar Eclipse Bliss." Additionally, Lynette founded the New Zealand Women's Acoustic Collective in 2007 to promote independent female acoustic artists. With a background in broadcasting, Lynette produced and hosted "The Creative Spear" podcast and worked at an all-female rock format radio station. Previous roles include Community Manager for a buy/sell website and a casual event host for Venues Ōtautahi. Lynette holds a Diploma in Radio Broadcasting from Te Auaha and a degree from New Mexico State University.
