David Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. David began their career as a Save Team, COT, and Tier 2 Support Technician at Teleperformance, where they resolved technical issues and provided support for residential and business DSL customers. David then moved on to BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina as an AfterHours Technical Analyst 2, where they served as a Senior Afterhours Technical Support Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for proactively monitoring network and mainframe functionality and notifying support groups, management, and clients of any issues. Currently, David is working as a System Engineer at VC3, where they are actively involved in system engineering activities with no specified end date.
David Thomas obtained a High School Diploma from the Homeward Education Association. Additionally, they have a certification in Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council, which they obtained in March 2012.
