Mohd Shazan

Mohd Shazan is currently serving as a Sr NOC Analyst at VC3 since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mohd held the position of System Administrator at WestDerm from December 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included IT resource management and support. Mohd also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Concentrix from October 2019 to August 2023, resolving various Windows and Mac issues, as well as Office 2019/365 and AD/VPN issues. Earlier experience includes a role as an IT Support Technician at Roam1 Telecom Pvt Ltd from June 2016 to October 2019. Mohd holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, obtained from 2011 to 2014.
