Debbie Owens

Debbie Owens has over 30 years of experience in operations and financial analysis. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Child Medical Support Services at VCG Benefits and HR Advisors since March 1999, Debbie oversees the administration and compliance of Qualified Medical Child Support Orders, focusing on customer service, benefit eligibility, and regulatory compliance. Previously, as a Productivity Analyst at Space Master Buildings from November 1992 to December 1998, Debbie was responsible for calculating monthly commissions for over 70 salespersons and maintaining productivity reports. Debbie began their career as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Gwinnett Daily News from July 1988 to September 1992. Debbie holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Phillips College at Northside.
