Emma Wallace has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Consultant and Fractional Chief of Staff at Work with Emma where they support growth and profitability for innovative product brands, creative services, and social impact businesses. Emma also served as a Trustee for Work and Play Scrapstore, a registered charity that promotes re-use for environmental, community, and artistic benefit. Additionally, Emma worked as a Chief of Staff for vChief, providing fractional Chief of Staff services to start-up and scale-up businesses. Emma has also been a Mentor for Impact Hub London and a start-up mentor for various organizations. Emma has experience in angel investing and crowd investing, focusing on consumer products that improve people's lives and prioritize quality. Emma also worked as an Advisor for Carma and a Member of AllBright. Currently, they are a Business Development Partner for The Portfolio Collective, helping startups and scaleups build flexible talent strategies. Emma was an Advisory Board Member for Enna from December 2021 to December 2022.
Emma Wallace attended the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Fashion Management.
