Tal Sterling

Tal Sterling has a diverse range of experience in the field of HR and organizational development. Tal is currently serving as the Head of HR at vcita since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at WalkMe™ as the Director of Global HR Business Partner from September 2019 to February 2021. Before that, they were employed at SafeCharge as the Global Organizational Development Manager from January 2019 to September 2019. Tal also worked at BDO as an HR Business Partner & Organizational Development Manager from May 2017 to January 2019. Tal'searlier experience includes serving as a Senior Organizational Consultant at Aya Lahmi consultants from January 2014 to May 2017, where they provided personal training for managers, facilitated workshops, and designed programs and interventions for organizations. Tal also worked as an Organizational Consultant at Aya Lahmi consultants from January 2012 to January 2014. Tal began their career as an intern at Lotem from September 2011 to September 2012.

Tal Sterling obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between the years 2006 and 2009. Following this, Tal pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University during the period of 2010 to 2012.
