Rajesh Pandey (RP)

RP has over 28 years of work experience in various industries. Rajesh began their career in 1993 as a Senior Manager of Training at NIIT. In 1997, RP became a Consultant of Organization Development at Hughes Software Systems and Flextronics Software Systems. In 1999, they were promoted to Senior Director of HR & Admin at Hughes Communications India Limited. In 2002, RP joined Quark Media House Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President of HR & Admin. Rajesh was responsible for growing the organization, building robust HR systems and establishing an employer brand in the country. In 2013, RP was appointed as Global Head of HR at Onmobile Global Ltd. in Bangalore. In 2017, RP co-founded vCloudx Pte. Ltd. and DIN Engineering Services, where they served as Co-Founder and Growth Strategist respectively. At vCloudx, RP was responsible for the development of the Video platform and Cloud Infrastructure. At DIN Engineering Services, they helped scale the organization to make it an attractive candidate for acquisition. In the same year, RP also founded PeopleFactor, a boutique management consulting firm focused on organization development and learning.

RP received their M.A. in Sociology from Kanpur University between 1983 and 1985. Rajesh then attended Management Development Institute, Gurgaon from 2001 to 2002, although it is unclear what degree they were pursuing.
