Josh Capon

Josh Capon has been in the hospitality industry since 1999, when they became the Exec Chef and Partner of Lure Fishbar/ B&B/ El Toro Blanco. In 2021, they founded and became the Chief Creative Officer of VCR Group, a company focused on creating consumer-centric experiences through unmatched hospitality. VCR combines old-world hospitality with modern-day technology to create, develop, operate, market and sell consumer products, hospitality concepts and hospitality services. All of VCR's products have unique value propositions and deliver frictionless guest experiences.
