Michelle Bailey

Michelle Bailey is an experienced Epic Application Analyst Senior and Senior System Analyst at VCU Health, where employment began in May 2002. In the role of Senior Systems Administrator, Michelle focuses on Ancillary Clinical Applications, providing technical support and guidance alongside a dedicated team. Additionally, as an Application Analyst - Specialist, Michelle serves as the PatientKeeper Technical Team Lead, ensuring robust support for the PatientKeeper application. Prior to VCU Health, experience includes a contract role at Apex Systems. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Capella University between 2012 and 2015, having also studied at Old Dominion University from 1999 to 2001.
