Ilya Lazuchenkov is an experienced professional with a robust background in consultancy and sales. Since June 2006, Ilya has served as the Owner of Plenum Brand Consultancy, where strategic brand development is a focus. Additionally, since December 2010, Ilya has been a Co-founder of VCV.RU, contributing to innovative solutions in recruitment technology. Prior to this, from February 2003 to June 2006, Ilya held the position of Sales Director at DEFA Interaktiv, where expertise in sales strategy was developed.
