Sudip Dandapat

Sudip Dandapat's work experience includes various roles in different companies. From 2022 onwards, they worked as the Business Unit Head and Sr. Director - Strategic Accounts at VDart. Sudip also held the position of Sr. Director - Strategic Accounts at Dimiour in 2022. Prior to that, Sudip worked as the Regional & US Data & Analytics Head for Talent Acquisition & Fulfillment at Brillio from 2020 to 2022. Sudip was also a Sr. Practice Lead in Infrastructure & Cloud Business at Hexaware Technologies from 2018 to 2020. Sudip gained experience in talent acquisition and delivery as a Sr. Talent Acquisition & Delivery Lead at Infosys from 2015 to 2018. In their earlier years, they held various roles at HCL America Inc, Clairvoyant TechnoSolutions Inc, MSSI, and CMC Ltd, where they worked in talent acquisition, recruitment, and teaching.

Sudip Dandapat completed their Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from 2001 to 2004, with a focus on Computer Science. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kharagpur College between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as becoming a thought leader, developing emotional intelligence, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, learning to be assertive, building resilience, building self-confidence, servant leadership, people analytics, and coaching high potentials.
