Barry Hendriks

Barry Hendriks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as the Quality Improvement Manager at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since September 2020, Barry previously held multiple roles at Essity, including Quality & Safety Manager and Initiative/Business Process Engineer, where responsibilities included initiating and leading improvements across the supply chain. Earlier experience includes positions as Sr. Project Manager and Supervisor Production at Spierings Orthopaedics, focusing on the development of hip and knee prosthetics and orthopedic instruments. Additional roles included innovation and project leadership at Nooteboom Trailers BV, development engineering at Nedschroef, and project engineering at Philips Healthcare. Barry holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, obtained between 1994 and 2002, following foundational education at Kruisheren Kollege from 1988 to 1994.
