Chantal de Haas

Chantal de Haas serves as an HR Business Partner at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) since August 2023, following a tenure as an HR-adviseur at Continu Professionals from July 2021 to August 2023, where involvement in HR projects was a primary responsibility. Prior experiences include owning a recruitment and selection franchise for finance professionals at CdHRM, and functioning as both an HR consultant and relationship manager at ESVE Groep, where support was provided on HR-related administrative and legal matters. Chantal has also held roles as a Lean TPM Consultant/Trainer at Blom Consultancy BV, an HR Graduate Trainee at Philips Health Systems, and an HR assistant at GE Healthcare, along with earlier positions in HR internships and as a hospitality worker. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organisation Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University and Hogeschool Avans, respectively.
