Jaime Gutierrez

Jaime Gutierrez has a strong background in engineering and technology with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Jaime started their career at LGC Wireless as an Engineering Technician, where they supported design engineers in the test and integration of fiber optic-based RF distribution systems. Jaime then moved on to Titan Corporation / Delfin Systems, where they worked as an Engineering Associate, supporting design engineers with testing, modification, and board bring-up of super heterodyne-receivers for direction finding systems.

Jaime later joined EDO Corporation as a Senior Engineering Technician, supporting design engineers in testing, modifying, and integrating Signal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare systems. Jaime then worked at Alloptic Inc as an RF Engineering Associate, where they supported engineering efforts in designing and developing CATV RFoG optical transceivers and performed various measurements on forward path noise, distortion, and return path performance.

In subsequent roles, Jaime served as a Senior Engineering Technician and Lab Manager at Kumu Networks, conducting troubleshooting, creating schematics, and managing incoming inspection on newly assembled boards. Jaime also worked at PureWave Networks as a Senior Engineering Technician, where they tested power supplies, performed RF power and end-to-end testing, and created schematic symbols and components selection for designs.

More recently, Jaime joined Quanergy as a Senior Engineering Technician, where they tested Lidar sensors, troubleshooted digital and analog boards, and created schematics using Orcad. Jaime then moved on to AEye, Inc as a Senior Engineering Technician, before taking up their current role as a Senior R&D Engineer at Vector Atomic.

Throughout their career, Jaime has demonstrated strong technical skills, including troubleshooting, testing, and creating schematics. Jaime has a particular expertise in Orcad and has experience in a range of technologies, including RF, digital, analog, and optical systems.

Jaime Gutierrez has an A.A.S degree in Computers and Electronics Technology from Condie Junior College. Additionally, they have obtained a CLAD Certification in Labview from Capris Engineering. Moreover, they have earned a Certificate in Microsoft Project from Grupo Asesor and a Certificate in Project Management from PM 360. Lastly, Jaime has obtained an ITIL Certification in IT from People Cert.
