Suhas Kini

Suhas Kini is an experienced Engagement Manager at Vector Consulting Group since April 2015, responsible for leading transformation initiatives and guiding change management efforts within client organizations. Prior involvement includes serving on the ISCEA SCNext India Leadership Council, where Suhas contributed to the establishment and operationalization of campus programs across several institutions. Previous roles include a marketing internship at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, focusing on product launches, and a Deputy Engineer position at Bharat Electronics Limited, where Suhas was engaged in critical defense equipment projects. Suhas holds a PGDBM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Velammal Engineering College.
