Rachel Cleaver

Rachel Cleaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset engineering and compliance management. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Engineering at Vector Limited since March 2018, Rachel has held multiple roles within the company, including Asset Manager, Compliance and Assurance Manager, and Lead Compliance Engineer. Prior to this, Rachel worked at South Taranaki District Council as an Assets Engineer and at Caltex Australia in various capacities, including Production Specialist and Process Support Engineer. Rachel began their career as a Graduate Process Engineer at Mighty River Power. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury, Rachel combines academic excellence with a strong track record in the engineering sector.
