Anna Pozdniakova currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Vector Software Ltd, responsible for the full scope of the employee lifecycle and employer branding. With previous experience at Alfa-Bank Ukraine as the Head of Talent Management and at Philip Morris International in various roles including Learning & Development Executive and Brand Lead, Anna has a strong background in HR, talent management, and marketing. Anna holds a Master's degree in Economics and certifications in Change Management and Coaching.
