Pe/Se Joel R. Hartman

Joel R. Hartman, PE/SE, currently serves as the Telecom Team Lead and Project Engineer at Vector Structural Engineering since September 2022. Previously, Joel held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Project Manager at Technology Associates EC Inc. from January 2017 to September 2022. With a strong background in telecommunications and structural engineering, Joel worked as a Structural Engineer at ISE Incorporated, conducting design and analysis for telecommunications and industrial projects. Earlier experience includes civil/structural engineering at Tower Engineering Professionals, where Joel managed structural analyses for tower modifications. Joel's engineering foundation is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) and a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) from Arizona State University, where studies focused on Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering.
