Randy Meador

Randy Meador, PMP, M.S.P.M, is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst at VectorCSP since February 2023. Prior to this role, Randy Meador retired from the U.S. Coast Guard after a distinguished career, including positions such as Chief of the Office of Personnel and Reserve Force Readiness and Commanding Officer at USCG Base Elizabeth City. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Officer at USCG Base Cleveland and Deputy Project Manager for the HC-130H program. Randy Meador holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, complemented by significant experience in various aviation and logistics roles within the Coast Guard.
