Richard Neitzey

Richard Neitzey serves as the Vice President of Operations at VectorCSP since October 2021, overseeing the planning and coordination of operational activities, budget management, and financial performance. Prior roles include Director of DoD Programs at HX5, Senior Program Manager with the Joint Staff, and Division Lead at the United States Marine Corps, culminating a distinguished military career as a Marine Officer and Aviator. Additionally, Richard held various operational and training leadership positions within the Marine Corps and served as a Developmental Test Pilot at the Naval Rotary Wing Aircraft Test Squadron. Richard Neitzey is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and holds a Master's degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Richard also completed Test Pilot training at the United States Naval Test Pilot School.
