Lior Kogut has an extensive work experience spanning over several years and diverse roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer for the Israel Defense Forces until 1999. Subsequently, they pursued their PHD at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2002. Following that, Lior worked as a Post Doctoral Fellow at UC Berkeley from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined the University of Western Ontario as an Assistant Professor and Canada Research Chair until 2005. Lior then moved to Qualcomm MEMS Technologies, where they served as a MEMS Senior Engineer from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they worked for a Defense Technology Company as a MEMS Principal Engineer and Project Manager. During their tenure at the same company, Lior held various positions such as Integrated Technologies Section Head from 2012 to 2016, Electro Optics Section Head from 2017 to 2020, and Principal System Engineer from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Program Manager and Advanced Development Manager for KLA until December. Currently, Lior serves as the VP R&D at Vectorious Medical Technologies since January 2023.
Lior Kogut has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering.
