Ben Weinstein

Ben Weinstein has extensive experience in the field of design and interactive development. Ben is currently working at Redpanda Data as a Senior Designer. Previously, they held the same position at Fauna Inc. from January 2019 to December 2021.

Prior to that, Ben worked as an Interactive Developer (Contract) at Apple for a short period in 2018. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Credit Karma as a Senior Designer, where they contributed to site-wide redesigns, participated in corporate rebranding, and designed animated ad units, emails, and social media pieces.

Ben started their career as a Freelance Interactive Designer in 2011, where they designed consumer-facing websites and e-commerce pages, collaborated with SEO specialists, and handled web development tasks. Before that, they worked at hi5 Networks as an Advertising Sales Designer, where they conceptualized and presented homepage takeover experiences, animated ad campaigns, and redesigned the company logo and branding.

From 2008 to 2009, Ben worked as an Interactive Designer at MTV Networks, where they designed site graphics, ad units, micro-sites, and emails, and carried out front-end development tasks. Ben also conceptualized and presented custom ad campaigns to top sponsors.

In their earlier years, Ben worked at HEILBrice as an Interactive Designer from 2006 to 2008. Here, they handled the design and print production of billboards, newspaper ads, bus ads, and collateral, as well as design and front-end development of ad units, splash pages, micro-sites, and landing pages.

Ben Weinstein has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art, Graphic Design, and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
