Stanislav Bocinec

Stanislav Bocinec has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Stanislav started their career in 2005 as a Junior Enterprise Management Consultant at S&T Slovakia. In 2008, they moved to S&T Varias as an Enterprise Management Consultant. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Novell as a Technology Consultant, providing Linux-based and Identity Management solutions to customers. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Unix System Administrator at AT&T, where they lectured BASH & Perl scripting internal trainings and was part of the L3 outage management team. From 2014 to 2019, they were at Innovatrics, where they held the roles of DevOps & Cloud Engineer and System Administrator Team Leader. Stanislav is currently working at Piktochart as a DevOps & Cloud Engineer, and will be starting at Redpanda Data in 2022 as a Software Engineer @Cloud.

Stanislav Bocinec obtained an Ing. degree in Telecommunications from the Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave between 2003 and 2009. Stanislav also holds two certifications from Novell: Certified Linux Administrator 11 and Certified Linux Professional 11.
