Annette Puente

Annette Puente currently serves as Vice President of Legal at Vectra AI since October 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Director of Legal within the same organization. In addition, Annette is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsel. Prior to Vectra AI, Annette had an extensive legal career at Cisco as Senior Corporate Counsel from November 2013 to October 2021, and at Sourcefire, Inc. as Corporate Counsel from October 2008 to November 2013. Annette's earlier experience includes roles at Baker Donelson, Capital One, The Hartford, and Squires Hightech Corp. Annette holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
