Jostein Malmo

Jostein Malmo has worked as the Chief Scientific Officer at Vectron Biosolutions AS since July 2016. Prior to this, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) from September 2009 to May 2016. During their time at NTNU, they also worked as a PhD student from August 2009 to September 2012, where they conducted research, supervised master students, and designed functional chitosan-based nanoparticles. Jostein'sroles at NTNU also included planning projects, strategies, and applications for funding, as well as establishing collaborations.

Jostein Malmo began their education in 2004 at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where they obtained a Master's degree in chemical engineering and biotechnology in 2009. After completing their Master's degree, they continued their studies at NTNU and received a PhD in biotechnology in 2012. In 2011, Malmo also attended Trondheim Business School for a one-year study in business administration, which concluded in 2015.
