Katarina Fu

Katarina Fu has extensive experience in property development and project management, currently serving as Affärsutvecklare and Affärsenhetschef for Samhällsfastigheter at Vectura Fastigheter since February 2020. Previously, Katarina held the position of Gruppchef for project development at ALM Equity from September 2015 to February 2020, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 15-20 property projects valued at approximately 5 billion SEK. Katarina's earlier roles included Projektutvecklare at Skanska, where responsibilities spanned transaction negotiations and property management, and as an Analyst at Leimdörfer, focusing on transaction processes. Additionally, Katarina has experience as a Project Developer for the public sector at Structor and began a career as an intern at Cushman & Wakefield. Katarina holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has participated in an Erasmus program at Birmingham City University.
