Zach Pace

Zachary Pace, Ph.D. is a Data Scientist at Veda since May 2021, with a robust background in astronomy and data analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from August 2014 to January 2021, where Zachary developed a simulation-based inference framework for measuring galaxy star-formation histories and produced a catalog of galaxy stellar masses. Zachary held leadership roles at Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) from November 2012 to November 2016, enhancing sponsorship and engagement through initiatives like the SpaceVision Conference. Additional experience includes internships and research assistantships across various prestigious institutions, focusing on solid-state physics and astronomy. Zachary earned a Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a dual degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University at Buffalo.
