Rajita Menon

Rajita Menon is an accomplished professional in the field of Modeling and Statistics with a robust background in biostatistics and computational biology, currently serving as Associate Director at Vedanta Biosciences, Inc. since July 2018. Menon leads clinical trial analyses across various projects including recurrent Clostridium difficile infection and immuno-oncology, while mentoring a team of computational biologists. Previous roles at Vedanta include Senior Scientist and Scientist II, where research focused on statistical modeling and pharmacokinetics of microbial treatments. Prior to Vedanta, Menon was a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Fellow at Boston University, contributing to microbial ecosystem modeling and teaching physics courses. Menon holds a PhD in Physics from Boston University, a Master’s from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University.
