Joy Afonso

Joy Afonso is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as CHRO for the Value Added Business at Vedanta | Sesa Goa Iron Ore since April 2019. Previously held the position of Chief People Officer for Iron Ore Goa at Vedanta Ltd from April 2017 to April 2019 and worked as Associate Manager HR at Sesa Goa Ltd from April 2011 to April 2019. Joy Afonso holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Goa University - Goa Business School, completed in March 2011.
