Mark Tubinis

Mark Tubinis has extensive experience in the technology industry. Mark began their career in 1983 as a Principal Software Engineer at Summa Four Inc. and eventually became the CTO, VP Engineering, and Director Engineering. In 1993, they became the President, CEO, and CTO of Innovative Telecom Corporation, and in 2000, they became the CTO and VP Development & Founder of WaterCove Networks. In 2004, they became the Vice President of Mobile Packet Core and IMS at Alcatel-Lucent, and in 2007, they became the CTO and SVP Engineering at Cedar Point Communications. In 2011, they joined SpinPass as Principal, and in 2016, they became the SVP Engineering & Global Services and SVP Strategy and Technology at SeaChange International. In 2018, they became the Chairman of the Board at AirFusion, and in 2020, they became the Chief Commercial Officer at Veea Inc.

Mark Tubinis received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Science in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a focus in Communications.
