Natalya Masson

Natalya Masson is an experienced professional with a focus on data management and project coordination, currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Projects at Veeam Software since April 2015. In this role, Natalya established processes for geographically distributed data teams and led the transition from Excel-based reporting to data warehousing and business intelligence. Previously, Natalya held positions as Project Manager and Team Lead, where Agile practices were introduced, improving communication and portfolio management for internal projects. Earlier career roles included System Analyst, Business Analyst, QA Tester, and Lead Translator, showcasing expertise in requirements gathering, quality assurance, and technical translation.
