Tandiwe Vaughn

Tandiwe Vaughn, Ed.S., serves as a Learning Experience Designer and Senior Instructional Designer at Veeam Software since August 2022, while also founding TandiTech, LLC in 2020, focusing on social-emotional intelligence and instructional design coaching. Previous roles include Lead Instructional Designer at Infor, Curriculum and Instructional Design Specialist at Education Opens Doors, Inc., and Instructional Designer at GM Financial, where Tandiwe enhanced various educational projects and initiatives. Experience includes leading teams, designing curricula, and utilizing eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia. Tandiwe's educational background encompasses an Ed.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of West Georgia, a Master's in the same field from Lesley University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Georgia State University.
