Miley M.

Miley M. has held various roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field since 2015. Miley began their career as a Recruitment Associate at Curran Daly + Associates Pty. Ltd., where they were responsible for using sales and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies, visiting clients to build relationships, advertising vacancies, and headhunting. In 2016, they moved to Canva as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, People Operations. In 2019, Miley joined Airtasker as a People Operations Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as an Operations Manager at VEED.IO.

Miley M. obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas in 2014. Miley then obtained their Licensed Psychometrician certification from the PRC in November 2014. In 2016, they obtained their Talent Sourcing certification from LinkedIn. Miley then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, which they completed in 2018.
