Jerry Campbell has a strong background in food safety and operations. Jerry currently serves as the Director of Food Safety and Operations at Veg-Fresh Farms, where they oversee and manages food safety and quality assurance programs. Prior to that, Jerry worked as the General Manager Operations at Hardie's Fresh Foods, where they implemented strategic frameworks and evaluated employee performance. Jerry also held multiple roles at DiMare Fresh, including Vice President of Operations | Chief Operating Officer, Director of Corporate Operations, and Food Safety Director | Information Tech. Corporate Director. In these roles, Jerry played a key role in developing and meeting company goals, improving operational processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Jerry Campbell has an Associates Degree in Business from Angelina College, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in July 2022. Jerry also has several certifications and completed courses in SQF (including FSPCA Foreign Supplier Verification Program), National Seafood HACCP Alliance Training, and Dale Carnegie courses (including Leadership, Sales, and Organizational). These certifications and courses were obtained through United Fresh-Food Safety Community and Fresh Tomato Guideline Metrics Counsel, where Jerry is a member.
