Karla Pope

Karla Pope has extensive work experience in compliance and finance roles. Karla is currently serving as a Compliance Director at VSG, A Dover Company since 2020. Previously, they worked at Dover Corporation as a Compliance Manager from 2016 to 2019, where they led various compliance initiatives and played a key role in implementing a due diligence platform. Before that, they worked as a Legal Operations and Compliance Contractor at AegisAdvantage LLC from 2013 to 2016. Karla also has experience in finance, having worked as a Finance Manager at Kraft Foods from 1996 to 2000 and as a Senior Financial Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1991 to 1994.

Karla Pope earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued further education and completed an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1997 and 2000.
